1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing Times

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

4.5 Failed and Returned Transactions

If a deposit transaction fails after funds have been debited from your payment method, jaya 999 will investigate and credit the amount to your account or initiate a return within 24 hours. If a withdrawal is returned due to incorrect account details provided by the player, jaya 999 will return the funds to your platform balance and notify you to resubmit with corrected details. jaya 999 is not responsible for transaction failures caused by your payment provider's system downtime.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jaya 999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed account verification. Each promotion will state clearly whether it is available to new players only, existing players only, or all players. jaya 999 reserves the right to exclude specific player accounts from bonus eligibility on the basis of prior bonus abuse, duplicate account history, or unusual wagering patterns.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated on the promotion page. 5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and any associated free spins credits expire within the time period specified on the promotion page — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated. It is the player's responsibility to check the expiry date of any bonus before accepting it.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

jaya 999 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and may result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds, reversal of associated winnings, and permanent account closure:

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

jaya 999 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. 6.1 Prohibited Activities

6.2 Match Fixing and Integrity

jaya 999 has a zero-tolerance policy towards match fixing and sports integrity violations. Accounts found to be placing wagers based on inside knowledge of fixed sporting outcomes — including BPL cricket fixtures, IPL matches, or any ICC tournament — will be immediately suspended and the matter referred to the relevant sports governing body and law enforcement authorities as appropriate.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

jaya 999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, where it reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The account has been used for or is suspected of being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• The account is a duplicate of another registered account held by the same individual.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to jaya 999.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.

7.1 Suspension Procedure

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, jaya 999 will notify the account holder via their registered email address or phone number within 48 hours of the suspension being applied, unless doing so would compromise an ongoing fraud or legal investigation. Suspended accounts cannot place wagers, request withdrawals, or participate in promotions during the suspension period.

7.2 Closure and Fund Return

Where an account is permanently closed, jaya 999 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings where these are subject to ongoing investigation) to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days of closure confirmation. Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering will not be entitled to the return of any funds held.

7.3 Voluntary Account Closure

9 Limitation of Liability
